Technology Transfer Agreements (TTAs) have long played a critical role in enabling the spread and adoption of innovative technologies across different regions and industries. By allowing the transfer of knowledge, skills, and intellectual property rights from one party to another, these agreements facilitate the commercialization and dissemination of new ideas, products, and services. In Ghana, technology transfer agreements are governed by the GIPC Act, 2013 (Act 865) and the Technology Transfe
