This “cart pod” is the new home to the former Alder Street food cart pod that closed in 2019. This pod now operates in partnership with the city of Portland to create opportunities for food cart culture to thrive downtown. Home to a variety of events, in last week of April, the Cart Blocks will close out Food Cart Month
