Boise’s Community Compost Giveback Program returns finished compost—made from your yard trimmings and food scraps—back to our soils. This nutrient-rich soil amendment supports healthy soils, improves water retention and helps close the loop locally. Through this program, we deliver bulk compost (20-25 yards) directly to neighborhoods and community groups at no cost, as it’s included in your compost service!
