One of my favorite dishes is Hong Kong Style Chow Mein or Crispy Pan Fried Noodles aka this bad boy 🔥 It’s crispy noodles with a gravy full of veggies and meat- I like in with seafood also. You can get the gravy on the side so that it stays crispy but I like how some of the noodles get soft and some are still crispy. I eat it with a touch of soy sauce and chili oil.
