For Ritchel Catulmo from Talisay City, Cebu, he underscored that despite the challenges in life, he continued to work hard and persevere for his family. Ritchel is one of the recipients of the Livelihood Assistance Grant (LAG) which includes market vendors, small enterprise owners, and farmers.
