In early November of last year, Stockton Firefighters arrived on scene of heavy fire from a single story, single family board-up dwelling. The memo, issued by a whistleblower, allows forcible entry when the resident is subject to an I-205 administrative final order of removal for immigration violations if confirmed, the memo would essentially instruct federal agents to violate fourth amendment rights and ignores Supreme Court decisions that they back to 1948.  #immigrationlaw #dh
