The first time of the twins in Capiz made perfect by their tour guide, Kuya Paolo Roxas! Pao’s arrival was a thrill. With a walk in Baybay, a visit to the Roxas City Hall, a short intro to the twins’ great Grandfather former President Manuel Roxas, a trip to and a prayer at the beautiful Sacred Heart of Jesus shrine and capping the day at Mayor Ronnie Dadivas’ pride project the Baybay dancing fountain at the new People’s Park!
