WHAT DO YOU WEAR ICE SKATING?!⛸️✨What you wear to your first ice skating class or first time on the ice is important. My biggest advice as a competitive skater and skating coach is to AVOID WEARING DENIM it will restrict your movement, feel cold, and make it hard to skate properly. I always say this but there is a reason why top level skaters don’t wear denim during their practice ice sessions. If you are determined to wear denim make sure is slightly stretchy and wear warm leggings underneath.
