Aug 17, 2023 · Upon waking the laptop from sleep there is a bright white bar flash. When the touch bar is going to sleep (after about 1:15min) there is about 13-15 seconds of flickering IF the cursor is resting on desktop. If the cursor is not on desktop (on a browser or app etc) the flickering will not stop. The issue is both intermittent and getting worse.
