Founded in 1976, VESS has vowed to improve the science and art of vascular surgery and endovascular therapies and the interchange of medical knowledge.

The VESS mission is to improve the quality and safety of vascular & endovascular surgical procedures and general vascular care through educa­tion, scholarship, advocacy and leadership.
