With NFL training camps around the corner, Dallas Cowboys defensive back Kemon Hall spent his morning in San Antonio, sweating through an intense offseason workout at BayBay McClinton’s All Sports Speed and Conditioning.
The Cowboys and the City of Oxnard, California, agreed to a five-year extension to keep training camp in the city through 2030. The previous three-year agreement was set to run out after this upcoming training camp.
At the defensive tackle position, the Cowboys have unsuccessfully thrown multiple attempts at providing run support in the middle, as the overall run defense has suffered as a result. In pass rush, the interior defensive line has generated production, but it’s come at the sacrifice of the run game.
