Iga Swiatek shut out Amanda Anisimova in the Wimbledon women's final Saturday in a match that lasted just under an hour. Swiatek won in consecutive sets, 6-0, 6-0. It was the first women's final at the tournament in 114 years in which one player failed to claim a single game.

There were two so-called 'double bagels' at this year's Wimbledon -- the term used to describe a match ending 6-0 6-0 -- and American Amanda Anisimova starred in both.

Anisimova is seeking her first career Grand Slam and is to finally break through as one of the top players in the sport, after several years of nearly achieving greatness. In the semifinals, the American defeated Aryna Sabalenka, the world number one-ranked female tennis player, in three sets, 6-4, 4-6, and 6-4.

Anisimova is guaranteed to break into the top 10 of the WTA rankings for the first time after Wimbledon ends, no matter what happens in the title match.
