Chiquis invigorated the stage at the 2025 Billboard Latin Women in Music event with an electrifying live performance on Thursday (April 24) that showcased her artistry and paid homage to her roots.

Chiquis shone at the 2025 Billboard Latin Women in Music Awards, and earned the Impact Award for her philanthropic and entrepreneurial endeavors.

The book also delves into family conflicts Chiquis has faced, among them public disputes with her aunt Rosie Rivera, who used to manage Jenni Rivera Enterprises, and her uncle Juan Rivera.

Chiquis will meet fans and talk about the book during an onstage conversation.

Chiquis wrote an emotional message on the 10-year anniversary of her mother's death. Jenni Rivera died in a plane crash in 2012.
