Dinosaurs are alive and well at the box office as Universal’s “Jurassic World Rebirth” trampled competitors, grossing $147 million domestically over five days of the Fourth of July weekend.

Dinosaurs are ruling the box office again. “Jurassic World Rebirth,” the seventh installment in Universal’s long-running prehistoric series, stomped to $147.3 million over its first five days in 4,308 North American theaters.

James Gunn's movie recorded strong opening on July 11. The film starring David Corenswet received 82% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Check full stats here.
