Netflix will release Guillermo del Toro's “Frankenstein” in theaters on Oct. 17 and on its streaming service Nov. 7.

The Library of Congress has acquired song sketches from Harold Arlen and E.Y. “Yip” Harburg, who co-wrote songs for the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz.
