Kannada actress Manjula Shruti had filed a complaint with the police alleging dowry and harassment against her husband Amaresh. As per other reports, Amaresh suspected her wife of having an affair.

Pawan Kalyan mourned Kota Srinivasa Rao's death on social media and recalled working with him over half a dozen movies. Rao will feature posthumously in Hari Hara Veera Mallu.
