RI prosecutor with CT ties on unpaid leave after viral 'I'm an AG' video, office says
Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Hogan Flanagan, 34, was charged with willful trespassing, a misdemeanor, during the Aug. 14 confrontation with police. Police said Flanagan and her friend, Veronica Hannan, refused to leave a wharf-side bistro in Newport, R.I.
