The owner of the Trinity Broadcasting Network HQ in Costa Mesa has bought an office building in Orange, near Angel Stadium.

Manny Khoshbin, collector of supercars and commercial real estate, recently bought another Orange County property, this time the two-building Orangewood Corporate Plaza in Orange.

The Avon River Apartments will provide housing and wrap-around services for people now living unhoused or in shelters. The project could open its doors by April.

About two dozen hearses are expected to participate in the event, which also will include live music, food for sale and vendors.

The California Coastal Commission found no substantial issue with the two city projects, which were heard on appeal in Calabasas on Aug. 15.
