SENECA FALLS — The historic Gould Hotel, a downtown landmark, has been sold. The new owner of the four-story, 48-room hotel, restaurant, and bar at 108 Fall St. is Sam Patel of New Jersey.

A week and a day after Ocean City Council derailed plans for a multimillion-dollar hotel at the former site of Wonderland, disagreement continues and an investment group has a proposal.
