The day-long concert special featured standout performances from Osbourne and Black Sabbath, Metallica, Guns n' Roses, Jack Black and more.

Ozzy Osbourne's final concert with Black Sabbath raised $190 for charity. Proceeds for the July 5 show benefited Cure Parkinson's (which Osbourne suffers from), Birmingham Children's Hospital, and Acorn Children's Hospice.

Black Sabbath 's Back To The Beginning show was an extraordinary success, a dizzying, warm-hearted celebration of history, roots and community. It was a celebration of Birmingham. And, most of all, it was a celebration of four men who changed the world: Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward.
