Two days after being an All-Star snub, Reds starting pitcher Andrew Abbott received All-Star hugs from teammates on Tuesday evening. The kudos came after Abbott learned he was added to the National League All-Star team roster as a replacement for Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto.

"It's not frustration, those guys that got picked deserved it, by far," Abbott said on Sunday. "I mean, I think I did enough to deserve it, but at the end of the day, I don't control it, so I don't put a lot on it.
