Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa said Friday it will close its Premier nightclub Aug. 31. News about what will take its place will be announced at a later date.

The casino operator said it expects the project cost to remain unchanged. The Water Club is located adjacent to Borgata, a joint venture with MGM Mirage Inc , Boyd said in a statement.
