Known for its innovative approach to homebuilding Taylor Morrison's myModel Home Project™ was believed to be the first of its kind by a large-scale production homebuilder.

Taylor Morrison sold the lots, in eight subdivisions, to M/I Homes, both companies confirmed. The sale included model homes at four of the subdivisions.
