The Homeward Bound Tattoo Expo is once again celebrating the art of tattooing at the Osage Casino this weekend.

The Osage Nation's idea of a good time will cost about $16.5 million. That's the estimated cost of its newest casino, Million Dollar Elm-Tulsa.

The Osage Event Center at Osage Casino will host a public open house 5:30-7:30 p.m. April 11 at 951 W. 36th St. North.
