The Drury Plaza and Element hotels in North Charleston near Tanger Outlets and Charleston International Airport, have both set a summer 2025 opening date.

Service-oriented hospitality company Drury Hotels has initiated construction on a new Drury Plaza Hotel in North Charleston, South Carolina, US.

The Drury hotel chain wants to build a seven-story, 180-room facility along Interstate 70 just west of the Blanchette Bridge near the Missouri River.

Two North Charleston, SC, hotels near Tanger Outlets will open this month. The Drury Plaza Hotel is now open, followed by Element by Marriott in late April.

J.D. Power ranked Drury Hotels highest in guest satisfaction among upper midscale hotel chains. The recognition marks Drury’s 17th consecutive year earning the guest-satisfaction award.
