DRJ Development is taking aim at the former home of the family-owned White's Baby & Teen Furniture on Kenmore Avenue, which closed in 2019 after 72 years in business.

The ‘baby Bi-Lo’ developers presented plans last year for a mixed-use project. Including two buildings, 300 apartments, 400 parking spaces.
