A surprise final between the American Anisimova and Poland’s five-time grand-slam champion Swiatek will come down to whose great weapon dominates on Centre Court

Swiatek may not have completed a French Open four-peat but she is now on the verge of becoming a Wimbledon champion. Over the past fortnight, the 24-year-old has dropped only one set in six matches played at The Championships and she enters as the favorite to beat Amanda Anisimova in the title match.

Either Amanda Anisimova or Iga Swiatek will leave the All England Club’s grass courts as Wimbledon’s eighth consecutive first-time women’s champion.
