Fast food is fast, cheap, and everywhere. But if you’re still telling yourself it’s “not that bad,” you may want to read this sitting down—preferably not with a Triple Baconator in hand. A new ranking from World Atlas has named the 10 least healthy fast food chains in the U.

The World Atlas placed the blame in part on fast food, claiming that “convenience often hides amounts of salt, sugar, and saturated fat.”

Here are the top 10 unhealthiest fast-food chains in the country: Number of locations: More than 3,000 restaurants in 48 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada.
