Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson was not happy with the team's offensive performance, particularly in the first half of Friday's win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Describing the team's play as "sloppy," Johnson was asked if he believes he may need to dial back the game plan due to the lack of progress by the starting offense.

In their final preseason game of 2025 on Friday, the Chicago Bears got a 29-27 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. Starting quarterback Caleb Williams played a fairly crisp game by completing 11 of his 15 passing attempts and ended up with 113 passing yards, one touchdown pass, 18 rushing yards and no interceptions.

Johnson says he's focused on the details, and he's shown it on the field, in the film room and throughout training camp.
