Angel Reese is officially on top of the WNBA history books after she tallied her 46th career double-double in just her second season in the league. The Sky star now holds the record for logging the most double-doubles in her first two seasons after her performance on Monday night.
Against the Aces, Angel Reese reached the franchise record of the youngest player in over a decade to record 100 assists in a single season, as per Polymarket Hoops. She dished out four assists against the Aces. While Reese has been known for her tenacious rebounding, she possess a strong all-around game including playmaking.
After starring at Maryland and LSU, Reese entered the WNBA as the No. 7 pick in the 2024 draft. She quickly adjusted to the pros, earning an All-Star nod in her rookie season. Through 60 career games, she is averaging 14.0 points and 12.7 rebounds, and she set the single-season rebounding record as a rookie.
