Aaron Judge will almost certainly sit out the New York Yankees ' upcoming American League wild-card series due to a calf strain, manager Aaron Boone told reporters on Tuesday, Sept. 23.

Doval, who posted a 3.79 ERA with 23 strikeouts and 14 walks in 19 innings with the Pirates, was acquired from the New York Yankees at the trade deadline.
